Ingredients 1 x 750ml bottle fruity and sweet rosé wine, chilled 100g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 100g fresh raspberries 50g white sugar 1 litre chilled ginger ale Orange slices, to garnish
Method Pour the wine into a large jug and add the strawberries, raspberries and sugar. Cover and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale to the jug and gently stir. Add ice cubes and pour into ice-filled tumblers. Spoon a few of the wine-marinated berries into each drink, garnish with orange slices and serve at once.
