Method Pour the wine into a large jug and add the strawberries, raspberries and sugar. Cover and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale to the jug and gently stir. Add ice cubes and pour into ice-filled tumblers. Spoon a few of the wine-marinated berries into each drink, garnish with orange slices and serve at once.
