Bacardi-Martini launched the fourth phase of its Jigger Beaker Glass trade project in the UK, which will explore the theme of "Taste Maker".

In its fourth year, Jigger Breaker Glass will provide seminars and live seminars in trade in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.

The tour was founded by Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands (BBFB) in 2017 to "educate and motivate traders".

Davide Zanardo, Head of Brand Promotion, Bacardi-Martini UK, said: “It’s more than ever needed to develop and continue to support the rebirth of our community and hospitality industry. By bringing Jigger Beaker Glass to three major cities in the UK and through our recent The relaunched website provides resources, and we will bridge the gap between digital learning and physical learning, and provide unparalleled access to the most important educational content for bartenders."

Jigger Beaker Glass will travel to London during London Cocktail Month in October, Manchester in January 2022, and Edinburgh in February 2022.

The Bacardi-Martini advocacy team will study industry trends through events hosted by the Bacardi-Martini trade ambassador, covering a range of topics from "Nolo without Fomo" to "Molecular Matchmaking".

The latter will be the first event, in which speakers and tutorials will be invited to explore the science behind flavor matching in beverages.

"We look forward to exploring the importance of food and beverage pairing in our new Tastemakers series, supported by some of the most inspiring names in the industry, who use their creativity to adapt to the changing hotel environment over the past year," Zanaldo added.

In London, cocktails inspired by the theme of the tour will be sold at the bar for RRP £7 (US$9.68), and bottled cocktails will be sold through the cocktail delivery service The Drinks Drop.

Bacardi and Brown-Forman ended their British distribution alliance 17 years later in 2019, and the former avoided a 51.5 million pound ($73 million) lawsuit filed by its former distribution partner earlier this year.
