Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Both of us are trading company which is located in Guangzhou City.and we have our own factory,which have about 100 workers 4 producing lines.We offer more than 50000pcs garment per month.
Q2. If quantity of the order is very small, like 10 to 50 pieces per style per color, could you accept it?
Yes, we can do it if we have enough stock fabrics for your order.
However the price will be raised from 15% to 30%.
Q3. What is your quality control process?
For each garment we would have at least 4 times quality checking before packaged.Besides,we have good quality after services.We focused on zero complaints and customer first.
Q4. What about the payment?
We accept T/T, Western union. L/C only for large quantities order.
Q5. What is available courier services?
By SEA ,AIR,or EXPRESS (for example UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS and etc.)
Q6. What about the sample?
We could offer sample first,but you need pay sample fee(3 times of bulk price) .The sample fee would return to you when your order quantity is over 300pcs.Sample lead time is 3-7 days via DHL,UPS,UPS,TNT.
